Assessing Personality with the HEXACO

 

Why this tool? 

Traditional personality assessments often focus on a limited set of traits, do not fully capture an individual’s behavioral tendencies. The HEXACO model provides a more comprehensive approach by assessing six key dimensions: Honesty-Humility, Emotionality, eXtraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience.  

What do we know from research? 

Research shows that personality traits significantly influence workplace behavior, job performance, and leadership effectiveness. Studies suggest that using the HEXACO model can improve hiring decisions, enhance leadership development, and foster better team dynamics by aligning individuals’ personalities with organizational needs.
